ｂ） Can I get different services or all services offered by you.?

Yes, You can get single service like Final Random Inspection(FRI),Loading Supervision (LS),Full Process Quality Control (FPQC) Etc. Alternatively, combination of different services like Final Random Inspection (FRI) and Loading Supervision(LS). OR any other different combination of services like Initial Factory Evaluation(IFE) and Final Random Inspection(FRI) depending upon your requirements are also offered.

ｃ） How can I customize the services required by me.? And how will be the fees charged by you for that.?

You can customize the services required by you. The fees offered by us are based on Percentage basis as well as Flat Rate per Man Day Basis. You can choose the Fees option suitable to you. For more detailed explaination of Fees structure Please refer to FAQ section of ‘Service Fees’.

ｄ） Can you help us find a good factory for producing our styles ?

We are a professional Inspection company and we are not involved with sourcing of products generally. However as per client’s request we can give them data of direct factories/suppliers. We do not negotiate or choose designs for our clients. You can approach factories directly to discuss your terms and conditions without involving us. Also we do not charge any commissions from either side for referring the parties to each other.

ｅ）Can you arrange to send samples for us.?

Yes, we can arrange to send samples to you based on Cost Recovery Basis. All incidental costs of receiving and sending samples to the client’s are to be borne by the client. Many times our clients have samples to receive from different factories and they need to receive it all together, hence we offer this? service. We will email you the Tracking number once we have sent the samples out. However the samples will be sent to you, at your own risk. It will not be our responsibility to re- pack, check the quality, or pay on your behalf for the samples unless agreed otherwise with us in prior.

ｆ）Can you place order on our behalf ? Because many of our suppliers they do not understand our English clearly.

We are a professional Inspection Company, hence this is not within our scope of work generally. However as per client’s request we can place order on behalf of the client provided a clear purchase order (PO) is Faxed or emailed to us. This is purely with an intention to facilitate you for buying your goods from China.We will only forward your Purchase Order to your Factory/Supplier, negotiation for rates etc are to be discussed by you independently. Also, we will not assume any responsibility for any wrong execution of your orders regarding colour, quantity, unless a separate inspection order is assigned to us for confirming the Quality Standards.
