Shoes Quality Control
Initial Factory Evaluation
On receiving the Factory information from the client, we’ll examine the operational aspects 30 days before the client confirms the purchasing order. Our experienced inspectors will make overall evaluation of the appointed supplier, including production capacity, quality control, capability, production equipments, handling of customers’ complaint, etc.
Initial Production Check
Before the production starts, our inspectors will carefully assess all the materials, components and production methods to see whether they are in accordance with the client’s specifications and approval samples. At this stage, we ensure our clients that the products are compliant with the approval samples.
During Production Inspection
This inspection is performed when around 30% of goods are finished. We select the semi-finished products or some packaged finished products at random for checking. This enables us to identify problems in the early stage of production, so that continued production of a large number of nonconforming products can be avoided, and we can recommend the supplier to take corrective measures and also provide timely feedbacks to the clients. At this stage, we identify problems in early stage and recommend corrective measures to the supplier, and predict the productivity and time of completion. Final Random Inspection
This inspection is normally carried out when mass production is finished, and at least 80% of goods are packed and ready for shipment. Samples are selected randomly according to international sampling standards and carefully checked, to ensure that the goods are in accordance with original samples.
Container Loading Supervision
This stage is performed when the goods are ready for shipping. Our inspectors will be present at the loading site to carry out the inspection. We check the condition of containers and see whether the packaged goods, quantity, markings and packaging materials are in accordance with the requirements of the buyer, whether there are damages or shortage of goods during loading, etc. We will take pictures at the loading site to provide to our clients as evidence.
Full Process Quality Control
This inspection is carried out as early as factory starts preparing the raw material. Our inspectors will monitor the mass production 7*24 hours throughout the whole process. We will keep an eye on any possible problem that may affect the product quality and delivery date.
